Spaceguard install assembly and repair workstations complete with conveyors

These workstations and conveyors were installed in 2019 for a UK lighting manufacturer.

With a belt conveyor running through the middle of the workstations, the components can be transported from station to station with ease. The assembly and repair workstations featured louvre panels, an angled shelf, a wire roll holder, sockets, small shelves, a light strip, drawers, and a cut-out hole in the worktop for waste disposal.

We also supplied a number of packing stations for their dispatch area.

Design Stage

Below are just a few of the renders that were shared with the customer prior to their products going into production.

The assembly and test benches had an 18mm laminate faced MDF worktop, whilst the frames were powder coated to suit the company colour scheme.

The packing benches featured MDF work surfaces, with packaging dividers across the top shelf.
