Spaceguard manufactures custom workstations for handling & processing electrical components
These workstations were designed, manufactured, and installed in 2020
Some of these electronics processing workstations have built-in anti-static micro tracks and side guides for holding PCB's for PCB assembly. The boards are assembled at the workstation before being sent to an automatic soldering machine.
The cantilever workbench frame offers plenty of leg room for seated work, whilst above the work surface, there are louvre panels for storing lin bins of components.
We supplied a range of fully bespoke ESD workbenches for electronic assembly, these came complete with ESD bench matting and louvre panels as well as articulated magnifying lights.
