    • Gravity Roller Conveyor for Traffic Light Assembly Line

    Spaceguard manufactures bespoke production & assembly line conveyors

    These conveyors were designed, manufactured and installed by the Spaceguard team in 2020

    For many assembly lines, gravity roller conveyors are the ideal solution for moving parts between work areas. We manufactured this three-lane gravity conveyor with a bend so the products can be transported between rooms. It featured a 3275mm straight with a 90-degree bend, and a further 780mm straight section with end stops. The conveyor was mounted on support stands to bring it to a working height of 900mm.
