Spaceguard manufactures equipment for drinks manufacturers and wholesalers
This equipment was designed, manufactured, and installed by Spaceguard in 2021
The company required a number of packing benches and a twin tier gravity conveyor for transporting and packing crates of alcoholic beverages.
The packing tables measured 1500mm x 750mm with a height of 850mm to suit people standing at the benches. The workbench tops and shelves were made using white melamine, with steel packaging dividers on the shelves. The benches also feature a packaging material roll holder and cutter. There is also a large pull-out box drawer underneath the worktop for storing cardboard.
The twin tier gravity roller conveyor has a length of 7860mm with a 700mm width, and tiers are situated at heights of 850mm and 1200mm.
